Holme Court School is dedicated to help children with learning disorders. With specialist expertise in Dyslexia, the school works with children and parents to ensure that all are able to realise their full potential in life. Situated in a beautiful Victorian building in Biggleswade Bedfordshire, the school offers children from the age of 7 to 13 a unique learning environment where they are tutored by a team of specialist qualified teachers. Pupils are guided through a tailored programme specifically designed to enable each child to re-enter mainstream education with the confidence and ability to face the many challenges that lie ahead. The school grounds include beautiful mature lawns and play areas as well as a tennis court and a 'home grown' vegetable garden. Dr Daniel Sturdy, co-founder of Holme Court School, is a lecturer at Anglian Ruskin University, and is known for pioneering research in the field of learning disorders. Together with Dr Eamon Strain and support from the university, Dr Sturdy has introduced many innovative strategies to overcome the difficulties of dyslexia and related conditions.
